Mr. Faraut joined Financo in August of 2009 as a Managing Director. Previously, he was with the Sage Group, a Los Angeles based investment bank, where he focused on the origination of transactions in the Consumer, Retail and Apparel spaces. Prior to joining Sage, Mr. Faraut was a Senior Vice President in the Consumer Retail group at HSBC and a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co in New York where he focused on Consumer and Retail companies and was responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of M&A, equity, IPO, private placement, convertible, and debt transactions. He received a BS in Finance from the University of Southern California and holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
