David Inauen is a Vice President concentrating in Financo's Mergers and Acquisitions Group, Restructuring Group and Private Placements Group. Mr. Inauen has seven years of experience in implementing approximately $2 billion in various small- and mid-cap transactions in apparel, retail, merchandising and related industries. Mr. Inauen's engagements have included sale and purchase transactions, mergers, creative capital raisings and solutions, restructuring assignments and business plan assessments. Mr. Inauen has also assisted in effecting transactions for Mercantile Capital Partners, Financo's private equity affiliate.

Mr. Inauen graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in accounting and finance, and is Series 7, 63 and 24 certified.
