Steven H. Reiner is the Head of Financo's West Coast Banking Team. Mr. Reiner is responsible for managing a group of professionals who advise on Mergers & Acquisitions, raise debt and equity capital and facilitate financial restructurings. Based in Beverly Hills, the group's clients include leading public and private companies and financial sponsor firms.

Mr. Reiner has been an investment banker for close to 20 years. He worked most recently with CIBC World Markets where he founded that firm's Consumer / Retail practice in 2000. Mr. Reiner's responsibilities at CIBC included originating and overseeing the execution of over 75 transactions for clients such as Skechers, Fossil, American Eagle Outfitters, DSW, Quiksilver and Heelys. Mr. Reiner previously worked with the investment banking teams of Bankers Trust's BT Securities division, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Salomon Brothers Inc.

Mr. Reiner is actively involved in the Los Angeles community. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Medical Genetic Birth Defects Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the Dinner Committees of the Fashion Industries Guild of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the Los Angeles Chapter of National Jewish Hospital. He and his wife reside in Pacific Palisades with their two sons.

Mr. Reiner holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science Degree, with Distinction, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
