As President and COO, William S. Susman is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Financo's full suite of financial advisory services, including merger and acquisition, private placements, restructuring and private equity investing.

Prior to joining Financo, Mr. Susman led Merrill Lynch's Retail and Consumer Products Investment Banking efforts, where he advised retail and consumer products companies including Kellwood, Neiman Marcus, Sears, Nike and Target. With more than 15 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Susman has been responsible for building new client relationships and providing superior client relations. Prior to his tenure at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Susman served as a senior member of the Investment Banking team at Salomon Brothers Inc., where he focused on the firm's global transportation clients, both in the execution of transactions and the development of client relationships.

Mr. Susman is actively involved in the New York Community serving as a board member for Creative Time, a non-profit arts organization, and as Treasurer and Executive Committee Member of the Contemporary Arts Council within the Museum of Modern Art. Mr. Susman is also a member of New York Hospital's Weill Council. Mr. Susman resides in New York City with his wife and their two daughters.

Mr. Susman holds a Masters of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
